Home Again

I'm a good week and a half back in the states now, and things really seem just as I left them. I started back to work this week and that is satisfying. I'm working on employee and classroom handbooks for the daycare, and at Hallmark we're getting ready for the infamous "Ornament Premier" this weekend. I've got an appointment to get my wisdom teeth taken out on August 1st as directed by the peace corps, and it looks like things may work out for me to leave in September. I'm stoked. The closer Africa gets, the more I find myself wanting it.

Anyhow, I think its important to reiterate the goals concerning the changes I'm hoping to continue making in my life. I've started being serious about recycling. I'm being mindful of my work-related stress level, and also of the amount of time I spend per day doing things that I love to do outside of work. I hope I can continue to keep my life slower and more fullfilling.
