Universitet

I won't have class on Friday until February 17th when my film class starts. I'm going to be making a short film....:-) Neato. This building is called Fib 2. We call it Fib 2 because the real entire name of it is Fibigerstraede 2. And what exchange student could really say that?? They all call it Fib 2 as well...the Danes that is. This building is where I have Globalization, Communication, and Identity; and also where my Anti-Americanism class is. Both seem really interesting. Yesterday was an absolutely gorgeous morning for biking to class. And might I add, I made it the whole entire way to University without walking!! Yay!! And I only walked twice on the way back.
Check out all those bikes. Sorry for the quality of that picture...the sunshine was really nice though. Its funny, nobody really locks their bikes up here, and that coupled with really strong winds sometimes means piles of bikes that just get blown over. Along the same lines as people not locking their bikes, we also have community laundry drying rooms where the people at Limfjordkollegiet just lay their laundry out to dry. I cannot imagine this happening back home without any theft. Being the silly American I am, I lock my bike. Maybe mostly because its still Otmar's and I'm just borrowing it. And I've not done laundry yet...but I tell you I'm a bit leery of just leaving my clothes to dry in a community room. lol First time for everything! Today its off to the City Office to get my CPR number. Everyone has one and they'll also send me my health card once I apply for it. So breakfast, coffee, city. PUB CRAWL!! Oh...btw...Hallmark girls...I met a really hot random guy the other night....and I came to find his name is S0jl Knudsen!! :-) Tell Raina please. What an ironic thing to happen. I think he's coming to the pub crawl tonight. So maybe some pictures tomorrow.
