Sunday

Well here it is, March 16th already and time for another post. Things have been pretty mundane here in Aalborg lately. Riddled with the "same ole same ole," which is comforting in and of itself, but it leaves very little to write home about.
This weekend was the St. Patrick's Day party at the international kollegium. It was WICKED fun. Otmar and I had a St. Paddy's day dinner before the party, and I'm still shocked by how well these boys can cook! He made pesto-pasta and salad with fresh mozzerella and smoked fish! Doesn't that look Amazing? I'm loving it. So he made dinner, and I made dessert, brownies with Irish cream/white chocolate icing. It was great. And then we partied.
I'll be leaving this Friday for London; and probably from there to Paris or Barcelona. I'm getting really excited. In London I'm going to meet up with my best friend Sarah who is studying there, and Andrew who wants to traipse around Europe for spring break. I think it'll be great. Then in April around the 20th I'm working on a trip to the Netherlands. Most likely to Amsterdam. I think the tulips will be nice by then, and I've heard the city is Gorgeous. So thats about all for now.
Peace corps paper work is coming along slowly but surely. I've got to go for a TB test on April first and that should complete the health stuff. I have a feeling they're going to require some dental work before I can go, and if so, I think its highly unlikely that I'll be leaving in September as it will probably take some time to finance my suspicions. After being away, and realizing what it really means to up and leave....like the concerns and what it really takes to be comfortable in a setting away from "norm" I think I'd like a little more time to get my life in order anyways, so its all good.

Lotsa Love!
